We scope the session around that: who needs to be photographed, where the images will run, and the date it has to be done by.
Sessions happen on-site at your office, so executives are not driving across town, or in our studio when a controlled set and background is the better fit. Either way, each person gets a focused, one-on-one session, not a rushed station in a hallway.
