How quickly do we get our photos?
Your delivery date is committed in the quote and honored. We finish every frame by hand, and quality takes the time it takes. When PR or social cannot wait, a same-day highlight gallery is available as a premium add-on, so your channels have polished images while the event is still happening.
Do you travel outside Los Angeles and the Bay Area?
Yes. We are based in Los Angeles and the Bay Area and travel anywhere your company needs us, across all fifty states and internationally. For companies with offices in more than one city, we keep every location consistent. Travel is quoted up front with no surprises.
Who owns the photos and how can we use them?
Usage rights are set at the quote stage, not after a contract arrives. Most corporate clients receive broad rights for marketing, PR, social, and internal use. We make licensing simple and clear.
Can you photograph our whole team in one visit?
Yes. We set up an on-site headshot station and photograph each person in a few minutes, then deliver a consistent set. Teams of ten to several hundred are routine. Most people arrive saying they are not photogenic. They leave with the best photo they have ever had of themselves.
How many photographers will we need?
It depends on your run of show and venue. For larger conferences with concurrent sessions we bring a second shooter so nothing is missed. We recommend the right coverage when we scope the event.
What does corporate photography cost?
We are rarely the cheapest quote, by design. Every event is quoted by scope: send us your dates, location, hours, and how you will use the images, and we will send a clear, all-in quote within one business day. Companies that shop on price alone are usually not our fit, and we would rather be honest about that up front.
